What services does Angela's Document Solutions offer?

I offer a variety of legal document preparation services in the following areas including but not limited to: family law, real estate , probate planning, probate and civil law.

Can you give me legal advice?

No. I am not a lawyer and cannot give legal advice or representation. I can however, explain legal procedure, ask you factual questions to help get forms completed and give you legal information.

Do you charge by the hour?

All services are a Flat Fee

Are you a paralegal?

Under Rule 10-2.1(b) of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, a paralegal as a person who works under the supervision of a member of The Florida Bar and who performs specifically delegated substantive legal work for which a member of The Florida Bar is responsible. Since I do not work under the supervision of an attorney, I am a Legal Document Preparer and cannot call myself a Paralegal.
